Scarce signed limited edition of the Farewell Address of President Jimmy Carter published by Palaemon Press Limited in December of 1981.
President Carter has personally signed the title page below the Presidential Seal.
Print run was limited to 300 numbered copies, of which 150 were reserved for Mr. Carter and 50 were reserved for distribution by the publisher, leaving only 100 copies available for public distribution. This is copy #139.

SELLERS NOTES: Cloth bound slipcase and book are both in good condition with fading to the slipcase edges and book's spine. The binding is tight and secure. Two spots of ink transfer to the title page just below Carter's signature. Some bubbling to the slipcase's pastedown label with a 1/4-inch tear to the bottom of the label.
