Also includes a Rowan County Museum pamphlet inserted by the book's previous owner Charles Loftin.

Mr. Charles Loftin (1936-2020) was a lifelong resident of Davidson County. He was a teacher and artist. His estate's distinguished library championed his study of the Civil War, Southern artists and architecture, and the local history of Davidson County. Many of his books include personal correspondence with the authors, deepening his perspective of their material.

Good condition. Occasional light pencil check marks to the page margins throughout. 1-inch wear to the back cover end paper interior hinge bottom. Previous owner's name to the front free end paper top corner. Solid book with minor flaws.
