This catalog appears to be from a traveling exhibition at The Mulberry Bush, which was a furniture store in Perry, Ohio.

This book comes from the collection of Edward Lebetkin, my father, and the proprietor of the antique tool store above Roy Underhill's Woodwright’s School in downtown Pittsboro, NC, which recently closed after a 14 year run.
