Poor condition. This book is extremely beat up, but is complete and the binding is intact. Major flaws include: 3-inch tear to the bottom of the front cover hinge, missing cloth to the back cover and top of the spine, lean to the binding, binding feels fragile, bottom edge of pages 997-1018 torn away (appendix and index sections).
