Jerome W. Klein Printing, 1984. Paperback signed by multiple members of the Foster family of The Albatross Fleet: A history of the Fosters of Hatteras, North Carolina, the pre-eminent, pioneer charter fishing family of the Virginia-Carolina coast by John M. Cleveland.

Ernal Foster, the founding patriarch of The Albatross Fleet, has signed the dedication page under his photo. The title page has been signed by Ernal's sons, Captain Ernie Foster & Captain Willie Foster.

Includes a clipped obituary for Ernal Foster, that is hand dated 1-8-1996, and two photographs of Ernal and his wife Hazel, dated June 1993. There are also a couple blank postcards of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse.

From Ernal Foster's obituary: "[Ernal] is probably the last of the real Hatteras charter fishermen. Foster, who established his charter fishing business in 1937, became a waterfront fixture in Hatteras as a well-known captain who guided scores of fishermen offshore for almost 60 years."

Good condition. A fair amount of shelf wear to the covers. Price pen marking to the first blank page.
